I've spent many years in front of audiences, as a motivational speaker and trainer; it's something I've always enjoyed and people tell me I'm good at it. There is no doubt that when you earn your living this way your audiences tend to be corporate, with corporate expectations.
So in the next stage of my life, I've decided to swap that audience for one that is distinctly "family" in its orientation; there are greater rewards at a personal level.
Now instead of bankers, lawyers and accountants, I get to interact with people during their happiest moments.
